Below are instructions for common video conference applications or refer to the support section to upload custom backgrounds or wallpaper. Enjoy!
Zoom Meeting

Sign in to the Zoom web portal.

Click My Meeting Settings, if you are an account administrator or Meeting Settings, if you are an account member.

Navigate to the Virtual Background option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.
Notes:
- If the setting is disabled, click the Status toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
- If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the Group or Account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.
- You must logout of the Zoom Desktop Client and login to it again for this setting to take affect.

Google Hangouts

Sign in to your Google Admin console.

From the Admin console Home page, go to Devices
Google meeting room hardware.

In the Devices panel, click Settings
.

Click Meet settings.

To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit.

Click Wallpapers
Custom wallpaper.

Upload up to 10 files that you want to use for your devices.

Click Save. If you configured a child organizational unit, you might be able to Inherit or Override a parent organizational unit's settings.

Microsoft Teams

Get an image that you want to show in the background.

Open the Uploads folder in the File Explorer.

Paste your image in that folder.

Make a video call to someone.

Click the three-dotted icon.

Select Show background effects.

Choose the image from the list.
