Why Right Hat?

The more we learn, the better your results. We invest in understanding your specific organization — how you work, what your clients love, what makes you unique. And we bring something most agencies don’t: deep, research-backed industry knowledge. We study how your clients make decisions, track emerging trends and understand the competitive landscape. We start every engagement already fluent in your world, then add what sets you apart.

Courage creates clarity. Count on us for ideas that are meaningful and distinctive, and for the experience to build consensus around them.

We believe there’s always a path forward. When timelines are tight, when budgets are limited, when goals diverge, we focus on what’s possible. Whether you’re working with a blank slate or a refresh with constraints, we’re flexible, resourceful and relentlessly focused on solutions.

DEI as a core value

Right Hat’s founders worked in companies where explicit bias was rampant, and inclusion was not a core value. We’ve created something different — a culture that welcomes and supports people with a range of backgrounds and work-life situations. We know we are stronger for uniting people of different races, ethnicities, religions, ages, genders, sexual orientations and gender identities. Women and diverse individuals make up the majority of our team. Employees range in age from their 20s to their 60s and represent diverse locations and religious beliefs. We are advocates and allies in the world as well as in our own workplace, and we donate our time and talents to organizations and causes that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
